Your order will only be considered accepted once Vorenelle confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Vorenelle may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. If an order is declined, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you by email, to the billing address or phone number provided during the order.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applied to a product or service will be the one in effect at the time of order, as indicated in the confirmation email. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Vorenelle uses Shopify technology, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases made on our store are conducted directly with Vorenelle.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales concluded between you and Vorenelle, including injuries, damages, or losses resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your purchases and transactions with Vorenelle.
